Natalie is an Associate Attorney for IPR Law Group, working both in intellectual property law and small business law. Natalie’s practice includes a broad range of general business transactions, assisting with complex corporate organizations, drafting general contracts, general corporate work, and representing clients involved in start-up ventures. Her experience working in the legal department of corporations of all sizes provided her with the skills required to understand the diverse needs and goals of small businesses.

Natalie attended South Texas College of Law and became a licensed attorney in Texas in May 2013. Prior to joining IPR Law Group, Natalie served as a judicial intern for Honorable Sylvia A. Matthews of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas, with a degree in Economics and dual minors in Business Administration and Spanish. Natalie is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, and is a member of both the Houston Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Section and the State Bar of Texas. In addition to her passion for traveling and reading, Natalie enjoys exercising and spending time with her husband, Russ, and their dogs Lola and Max.
